Ijen volcano midnight tour from Bali – The trip started from their hotel in Ubud Bali, and the journey took 4 hrs drive to get to Gilimanuk ferry terminal in the western tip of Bali island. took ferry (Public transport) cross Bali strait for another 1 hr. Arrived in Banyuwang icity Java island – East Java, another crew took them to Ijen volcano for another 1,5 hrs drive. Arrived at Paltuding car park annd also the start point for hiking. Met our local hiking guide and the got some equipment before hiking such us Gas mask, headlight and goggles. and they hiked for another 2 hrs to get to the Blue fire site. after saw the phenomenon of Blue fire, then they hiked back up the summit of Ijen volcano to see the view of the turquoise acid lake and also sunrise. afterward they back to the car and back to Bali (Took the same way back to Bali). Arrived at their hotel in Ubud at around 3-4 pm Bali time, and finish trip.
